Executive Team

CEO

Our Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the administration and management of the Firm.

Major tasks handled by the CEO include providing leadership to the entire Polytech team, maintaining client relationship and maintaining  market leadership position.

Director of engineering

Our director of engineering provides technical guidance to the engineering staff, mentors staff engineers and ensures required tools availability to our employees.

Marketing Manager

Our marketing manager handles the business development portion of Polytech that includes internal and external communications, market monitoring, RFPs research, proposal development, pricing structure and database management.

Controller

Our controller is responsible for the financial end of our business that includes keeping track of profit and loss, balance sheet, cost controls, cash flow, payroll, taxes, required government filings, financial forecasting and reporting.
